I have made my order on Thursday not expecting that the company can send their team in few hours the same day. I have planned guests on weekend and needed my sofa to be clean soon, the team was so professional and helpful, they understood my request and booked appointment the same day within few hours and literally turned my sofa into new one! Very disappointed by the lack of professionalism from the management after damaging my mattress. They came out to deep clean a mattress which is less than 2 years old. They damaged it and they tried to leave without even mentioning it, until I asked to inspect it before they left my premises. They then admitted to damaging it so I got in touch with who believe is the owner or senior management, Nazira, who fully acknowledged that the damage had indeed been caused by her team. When it came to discussing compensation she tried to guilt trip me by saying the workers are on low salary and they can not afford to pay. I made it clear that is a matter for her to manage internally and not the customers issue. They have refused point blank to make things right. I will not be using them again for sure.

I booked a sofa and carpet cleaning with Magic Gloves. The cleaners did an amazing job on our stained (coffee and wine) sofa and carpet. They worked very hard and did a great job. Subsequently, one of the cleaners (Rachel) came back for a regular house cleaning. I was very happy with the way she cleaned and how she followed instructions. Definitely will be calling Magic Gloves again.

The cleaning staff were very professional, supportive and efficient. The team includes Mohd Atiq, Ruth and Berna, wonderful coordination and accommodative.
