The team damaged our mattress and tried to leave without informing us. The owner promised to look into compensation but typically, has not followed up. Very disappointing to have an otherwise perfect mattress ruined because the company has not properly trained their staff or given them the right equipment to use for different types of upholstery.

I booked a sofa and carpet cleaning with Magic Gloves. The cleaners did an amazing job on our stained (coffee and wine) sofa and carpet. They worked very hard and did a great job. Subsequently, one of the cleaners (Rachel) came back for a regular house cleaning. I was very happy with the way she cleaned and how she followed instructions. Definitely will be calling Magic Gloves again.
