My carpets were full of water due to raining . I chose cleaning it inside the house and not to take it bc it is cheaper, unfortunately carpets still have bad and he did not put it outside so that the smell can be removed. So not very satisfied about the result. I told them about the problem but they did not reply

I booked a sofa and carpet cleaning with Magic Gloves. The cleaners did an amazing job on our stained (coffee and wine) sofa and carpet. They worked very hard and did a great job. Subsequently, one of the cleaners (Rachel) came back for a regular house cleaning. I was very happy with the way she cleaned and how she followed instructions. I contacted this company the day before as I needed an end of tenancy clean, they were quick to reply and as promised they delivered. The two cleaners arrived on time at 8am, they were so polite and they did an amazing job, I highly recommend. I will be using again.
