Very disappointed by the lack of professionalism from the management after damaging my mattress. They came out to deep clean a mattress which is less than 2 years old. They damaged it and they tried to leave without even mentioning it, until I asked to inspect it before they left my premises. They then admitted to damaging it so I got in touch with who believe is the owner or senior management, Nazira, who fully acknowledged that the damage had indeed been caused by her team. When it came to discussing compensation she tried to guilt trip me by saying the workers are on low salary and they can not afford to pay. I made it clear that is a matter for her to manage internally and not the customers issue. They have refused point blank to make things right. I will not be using them again for sure.

I arranged to have my sofa bed cleaned by Magic Gloves cleaning service. Ron was very responsive to my messages and helped coordinate his team's visit to my apartment. The cleaner arrived earlier than scheduled, which was great. He thoroughly scrubbed, shampooed, and vacuumed every corner of the sofa bed. It took him less than 30 minutes to complete the job, which was amazing. Now my sofa is clean and smells good too. I will definitely recommend Magic Gloves to my colleagues. Really appreciate their prompt response. I hope next time they will send over two of their staffs than one. The poor guy needs assistance even my home items are regular carpet, sofa bed and two dining chairs. Nonetheless, they left my home clean and fresh. The deep cleaning service was done great!

There services are excellent.. always on time and if one assigned is absent .. you will get a replacement. Their staff is well trained . One coming to my place named Berna is very punctual and does her job with full honesty and efficiently.I highly recommend.

I booked a sofa and carpet cleaning with Magic Gloves. The cleaners did an amazing job on our stained (coffee and wine) sofa and carpet. They worked very hard and did a great job. Subsequently, one of the cleaners (Rachel) came back for a regular house cleaning. I was very happy with the way she cleaned and how she followed instructions. Definitely will be calling Magic Gloves again.

A very nice and really magical job! Very fast, professional and smooth. Highly recommended! Unfortunately don’t know the name of the employee, but this boy cleaned the carpet in the dining room nicely.

The team damaged our mattress and tried to leave without informing us. The owner promised to look into compensation but typically, has not followed up. Very disappointing to have an otherwise perfect mattress ruined because the company has not properly trained their staff or given them the right equipment to use for different types of upholstery.

Its actually a very good service. The carpets i lost hope for are now like brand new. Amazing work. And very good price.
