Good first time, second time below average, third time didn't show up and last wants tk reschedule at short notice. Not really professional

Magic Gloves is giving excellent service always. I am using there services since last 4 to 5 month and I am extremely happy. The girls know very well their job and responsibilities. I will highly appreciate the entire group is amazing. Whenever I call them to make an appointment or message them I get prompt reply to that regardless of off day or after working hour. I arranged to have my sofa bed cleaned by Magic Gloves cleaning service. Ron was very responsive to my messages and helped coordinate his team's visit to my apartment. The cleaner arrived earlier than scheduled, which was great. He thoroughly scrubbed, shampooed, and vacuumed every corner of the sofa bed. It took him less than 30 minutes to complete the job, which was amazing. Now my sofa is clean and smells good too. I will definitely recommend Magic Gloves to my colleagues. Really appreciate their prompt response. I hope next time they will send over two of their staffs than one. The poor guy needs assistance even my home items are regular carpet, sofa bed and two dining chairs. Nonetheless, they left my home clean and fresh. The deep cleaning service was done great!
