I booked a sofa and carpet cleaning with Magic Gloves. The cleaners did an amazing job on our stained (coffee and wine) sofa and carpet. They worked very hard and did a great job. Subsequently, one of the cleaners (Rachel) came back for a regular house cleaning. I was very happy with the way she cleaned and how she followed instructions. Definitely will be calling Magic Gloves again.

Dragoslav RadicVery disappointed by the lack of professionalism from the management after damaging my mattress. They came out to deep clean a mattress which is less than 2 years old. They damaged it and they tried to leave without even mentioning it, until I asked to inspect it before they left my premises. They then admitted to damaging it so I got in touch with who believe is the owner or senior management, Nazira, who fully acknowledged that the damage had indeed been caused by her team. When it came to discussing compensation she tried to guilt trip me by saying the workers are on low salary and they can not afford to pay. I made it clear that is a matter for her to manage internally and not the customers issue. They have refused point blank to make things right. I will not be using them again for sure.
sarfraj UmarVery good value for money, excellent service. The sofa and rug they cleaned is like new! Very happy thank you :)

sian duMy carpets were full of water due to raining . I chose cleaning it inside the house and not to take it bc it is cheaper, unfortunately carpets still have bad and he did not put it outside so that the smell can be removed. So not very satisfied about the result. I told them about the problem but they did not reply

miso_ salatI would highly recommend Magic Gloves. They were incredibly responsive when I needed someone to clean my penthouse with very short notice and I was so impressed with the quality of work that I now always use them. With a family of 4 their help is very much appreciated and I am able to trust Leaving them alone when necessary which for me is very important. Try them once as I did and you will never let them go.
