I arranged to have my sofa bed cleaned by Magic Gloves cleaning service. Ron was very responsive to my messages and helped coordinate his team's visit to my apartment. The cleaner arrived earlier than scheduled, which was great. He thoroughly scrubbed, shampooed, and vacuumed every corner of the sofa bed. It took him less than 30 minutes to complete the job, which was amazing. Now my sofa is clean and smells good too. I will definitely recommend Magic Gloves to my colleagues. The team damaged our mattress and tried to leave without informing us. The owner promised to look into compensation but typically, has not followed up. Very disappointing to have an otherwise perfect mattress ruined because the company has not properly trained their staff or given them the right equipment to use for different types of upholstery.
