My carpets were full of water due to raining . I chose cleaning it inside the house and not to take it bc it is cheaper, unfortunately carpets still have bad and he did not put it outside so that the smell can be removed. So not very satisfied about the result. I told them about the problem but they did not reply

Very disappointed by the lack of professionalism from the management after damaging my mattress. They came out to deep clean a mattress which is less than 2 years old. They damaged it and they tried to leave without even mentioning it, until I asked to inspect it before they left my premises. They then admitted to damaging it so I got in touch with who believe is the owner or senior management, Nazira, who fully acknowledged that the damage had indeed been caused by her team. When it came to discussing compensation she tried to guilt trip me by saying the workers are on low salary and they can not afford to pay. I made it clear that is a matter for her to manage internally and not the customers issue. They have refused point blank to make things right. I will not be using them again for sure.

I would highly recommend Magic Gloves. They were incredibly responsive when I needed someone to clean my penthouse with very short notice and I was so impressed with the quality of work that I now always use them. They have professional cleaner's and teamwork, its one of the best in a company! At first they send 3 people to clean the apartment and when some of the team had a canceled job, they managed to help each other for the job to finish fast and really they are all very good! I arranged to have my sofa bed cleaned by Magic Gloves cleaning service. Ron was very responsive to my messages and helped coordinate his team's visit to my apartment. The cleaner arrived earlier than scheduled, which was great. He thoroughly scrubbed, shampooed, and vacuumed every corner of the sofa bed. Fantastic team! They were super responsive by phone and WhatsApp, came to do the clean in time and the cleaning job was great, my brown sofa had white and dark stains that are now barely noticeable. The sofa feels and smells cleaner. Their prices are competitive too. Highly recommend them!
