I contacted this company the day before as I needed an end of tenancy clean, they were quick to reply and as promised they delivered. The two cleaners arrived on time at 8am, they were so polite and they did an amazing job, I highly recommend. I will be using again.

Very disappointed by the lack of professionalism from the management after damaging my mattress. They came out to deep clean a mattress which is less than 2 years old. They damaged it and they tried to leave without even mentioning it, until I asked to inspect it before they left my premises. They then admitted to damaging it so I got in touch with who believe is the owner or senior management, Nazira, who fully acknowledged that the damage had indeed been caused by her team. When it came to discussing compensation she tried to guilt trip me by saying the workers are on low salary and they can not afford to pay. I made it clear that is a matter for her to manage internally and not the customers issue. They have refused point blank to make things right. I will not be using them again for sure.

We just relocated to new apt. and I wanted to re-use 3 of our mattresses for kids bunk bed. I called them for deep cleaning and the lady and a guy who came in did amazing job! They came on time, did what they’re supposed to, cleaned everything behind them. Very professional and friendly. The mattresses look as brand new even though they’re been used for quite some time now. I think I’ll make this a yearly habit to be honest, especially for kids beds. Highly recommend.

There services are excellent.. always on time and if one assigned is absent .. you will get a replacement. Their staff is well trained . One coming to my place named Berna is very punctual and does her job with full honesty and efficiently.I highly recommend.

The team damaged our mattress and tried to leave without informing us. The owner promised to look into compensation but typically, has not followed up. Very disappointing to have an otherwise perfect mattress ruined because the company has not properly trained their staff or given them the right equipment to use for different types of upholstery.

Hands down professional deep cleaning

My carpets were full of water due to raining . I chose cleaning it inside the house and not to take it bc it is cheaper, unfortunately carpets still have bad and he did not put it outside so that the smell can be removed. So not very satisfied about the result. I told them about the problem but they did not reply

I arranged to have my sofa bed cleaned by Magic Gloves cleaning service. Ron was very responsive to my messages and helped coordinate his team's visit to my apartment. The cleaner arrived earlier than scheduled, which was great. He thoroughly scrubbed, shampooed, and vacuumed every corner of the sofa bed. It took him less than 30 minutes to complete the job, which was amazing. Now my sofa is clean and smells good too. I will definitely recommend Magic Gloves to my colleagues.
