Really appreciate their prompt response. I hope next time they will send over two of their staffs than one. The poor guy needs assistance even my home items are regular carpet, sofa bed and two dining chairs. Nonetheless, they left my home clean and fresh. The deep cleaning service was done great!

The team damaged our mattress and tried to leave without informing us. The owner promised to look into compensation but typically, has not followed up. Very disappointing to have an otherwise perfect mattress ruined because the company has not properly trained their staff or given them the right equipment to use for different types of upholstery.

I have made my order on Thursday not expecting that the company can send their team in few hours the same day. I have planned guests on weekend and needed my sofa to be clean soon, the team was so professional and helpful, they understood my request and booked appointment the same day within few hours and literally turned my sofa into new one! Fantastic team! They were super responsive by phone and WhatsApp, came to do the clean in time and the cleaning job was great, my brown sofa had white and dark stains that are now barely noticeable. The sofa feels and smells cleaner. Their prices are competitive too. Highly recommend them!
