I chose cleaning it inside the house and not to take it bc it is cheaper, unfortunately carpets still have bad and he did not put it outside so that the smell can be removed. So not very satisfied about the result. I told them about the problem but they did not reply

Subsequently, one of the cleaners (Rachel) came back for a regular house cleaning. I was very happy with the way she cleaned and how she followed instructions.
