Noemi RomeroThe team damaged our mattress and tried to leave without informing us. The owner promised to look into compensation but typically, has not followed up. Very disappointing to have an otherwise perfect mattress ruined because the company has not properly trained their staff or given them the right equipment to use for different types of upholstery.

I chose cleaning it inside the house and not to take it bc it is cheaper, unfortunately carpets still have bad and he did not put it outside so that the smell can be removed. So not very satisfied about the result. I told them about the problem but they did not reply
