Really appreciate their prompt response. I hope next time they will send over two of their staffs than one. The poor guy needs assistance even my home items are regular carpet, sofa bed and two dining chairs. Nonetheless, they left my home clean and fresh. The deep cleaning service was done great!

The team damaged our mattress and tried to leave without informing us. The owner promised to look into compensation but typically, has not followed up. Very disappointing to have an otherwise perfect mattress ruined because the company has not properly trained their staff or given them the right equipment to use for different types of upholstery.

My carpets were full of water due to raining . I chose cleaning it inside the house and not to take it bc it is cheaper, unfortunately carpets still have bad and he did not put it outside so that the smell can be removed. So not very satisfied about the result. I told them about the problem but they did not reply

If i can give 10 stars i would love to give them more. Starting from the inquiry and booking the deep cleaning service Mr. Ron, who assisted the call was friendly and professional. They have professional cleaner's and teamwork, its one of the best in a company! At first they send 3 people to clean the apartment and when some of the team had a canceled job, they managed to help each other for the job to finish fast and really they are all very good! Very disappointed by the lack of professionalism from the management after damaging my mattress. They came out to deep clean a mattress which is less than 2 years old. They damaged it and they tried to leave without even mentioning it, until I asked to inspect it before they left my premises. They then admitted to damaging it so I got in touch with who believe is the owner or senior management, Nazira, who fully acknowledged that the damage had indeed been caused by her team. When it came to discussing compensation she tried to guilt trip me by saying the workers are on low salary and they can not afford to pay. I made it clear that is a matter for her to manage internally and not the customers issue. They have refused point blank to make things right. I will not be using them again for sure.

I have made my order on Thursday not expecting that the company can send their team in few hours the same day. I have planned guests on weekend and needed my sofa to be clean soon, the team was so professional and helpful, they understood my request and booked appointment the same day within few hours and literally turned my sofa into new one! I’m very impressed and highly recommend the service.
