They have professional cleaner's and teamwork, its one of the best in a company! At first they send 3 people to clean the apartment and when some of the team had a canceled job, they managed to help each other for the job to finish fast and really they are all very good! I arranged to have my sofa bed cleaned by Magic Gloves cleaning service. Ron was very responsive to my messages and helped coordinate his team's visit to my apartment. The cleaner arrived earlier than scheduled, which was great. He thoroughly scrubbed, shampooed, and vacuumed every corner of the sofa bed. The team damaged our mattress and tried to leave without informing us. The owner promised to look into compensation but typically, has not followed up. Very disappointing to have an otherwise perfect mattress ruined because the company has not properly trained their staff or given them the right equipment to use for different types of upholstery.
