If i can give 10 stars i would love to give them more. Starting from the inquiry and booking the deep cleaning service Mr. Ron, who assisted the call was friendly and professional. They have professional cleaner's and teamwork, its one of the best in a company! At first they send 3 people to clean the apartment and when some of the team had a canceled job, they managed to help each other for the job to finish fast and really they are all very good! I recommend Magic Gloves Cleaning Services!!! I will be keep on calling them for the next services. Thank you so much.

Excellent cleaning service, were on time, very clean, time efficient and friendly and you dont need to give them much instructions like most other cleaners. the owner personally makes sure the house is cleaned the right way with attention to details you will not see in many companies. Really appreciate their prompt response. I hope next time they will send over two of their staffs than one. The poor guy needs assistance even my home items are regular carpet, sofa bed and two dining chairs. Nonetheless, they left my home clean and fresh. The deep cleaning service was done great!

Very disappointed by the lack of professionalism from the management after damaging my mattress. They came out to deep clean a mattress which is less than 2 years old. They damaged it and they tried to leave without even mentioning it, until I asked to inspect it before they left my premises. They then admitted to damaging it so I got in touch with who believe is the owner or senior management, Nazira, who fully acknowledged that the damage had indeed been caused by her team. When it came to discussing compensation she tried to guilt trip me by saying the workers are on low salary and they can not afford to pay. I made it clear that is a matter for her to manage internally and not the customers issue. They have refused point blank to make things right. I will not be using them again for sure.
