I have made my order on Thursday not expecting that the company can send their team in few hours the same day. I have planned guests on weekend and needed my sofa to be clean soon, the team was so professional and helpful, they understood my request and booked appointment the same day within few hours and literally turned my sofa into new one! I arranged to have my sofa bed cleaned by Magic Gloves cleaning service. Ron was very responsive to my messages and helped coordinate his team's visit to my apartment. The cleaner arrived earlier than scheduled, which was great. He thoroughly scrubbed, shampooed, and vacuumed every corner of the sofa bed. If i can give 10 stars i would love to give them more. Starting from the inquiry and booking the deep cleaning service Mr. Ron, who assisted the call was friendly and professional. They have professional cleaner's and teamwork, its one of the best in a company! At first they send 3 people to clean the apartment and when some of the team had a canceled job, they managed to help each other for the job to finish fast and really they are all very good! We just relocated to new apt. and I wanted to re-use 3 of our mattresses for kids bunk bed. I called them for deep cleaning and the lady and a guy who came in did amazing job! They came on time, did what they’re supposed to, cleaned everything behind them. Very professional and friendly. The mattresses look as brand new even though they’re been used for quite some time now. I think I’ll make this a yearly habit to be honest, especially for kids beds. Highly recommend.
