My carpets were full of water due to raining . I chose cleaning it inside the house and not to take it bc it is cheaper, unfortunately carpets still have bad and he did not put it outside so that the smell can be removed. So not very satisfied about the result. I told them about the problem but they did not reply

Really appreciate their prompt response. I hope next time they will send over two of their staffs than one. The poor guy needs assistance even my home items are regular carpet, sofa bed and two dining chairs. Nonetheless, they left my home clean and fresh. The deep cleaning service was done great!

Fantastic team! They were super responsive by phone and WhatsApp, came to do the clean in time and the cleaning job was great, my brown sofa had white and dark stains that are now barely noticeable. The sofa feels and smells cleaner. Their prices are competitive too. Highly recommend them!

If i can give 10 stars i would love to give them more. Starting from the inquiry and booking the deep cleaning service Mr. Ron, who assisted the call was friendly and professional. They have professional cleaner's and teamwork, its one of the best in a company! At first they send 3 people to clean the apartment and when some of the team had a canceled job, they managed to help each other for the job to finish fast and really they are all very good! The team damaged our mattress and tried to leave without informing us. The owner promised to look into compensation but typically, has not followed up. Very disappointing to have an otherwise perfect mattress ruined because the company has not properly trained their staff or given them the right equipment to use for different types of upholstery.

I would highly recommend Magic Gloves. They were incredibly responsive when I needed someone to clean my penthouse with very short notice and I was so impressed with the quality of work that I now always use them.
